They focus on single vineyard wines in the appellation of Macon, Saint-Veran and Pouilly-Fuisse. Organically certified and biodynamically farmed, the winemaking is equally careful: all the whites are hand harvested, fermented naturally and matured in barrel for 8-12 months. The next generation has joined father Marcel in recent years and brought even greater dynamism to this jewel in the Macon. |
