Job Title 
Multi-drop delivery driver & warehouse assistant

Pay & Benefits

The basic rate of pay is £8.50 per hour. You will also get 28 days paid holiday, good breaks, discounts on food and drink, as well as a secure and permanent position within a forward thinking business.

Working Hours

The working hours are for 40 hours per week. Normal shifts would be 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Saturday. We do require applicants to be flexible to help cover busy seasonal periods from time-to-time.


Skills Required

A valid UK driver’s licence along with a digital tachograph and up to date driver CPC is essential. Being physically fit is also really important as you will be required to do some manual work in our warehouse, combined with loading and unloading of orders onto your delivery vehicle. You will be working in a small and experienced team who are able to offer you lots of support in your new role. You require your own transport to get to work, and it helps to be thorough, friendly and organised.

About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking orders for our customers, and loading them onto their delivery vehicle. The goods will then be delivered to various businesses throughout Cumbria. The candidate will deal first hand with our customers and ensure they receive a professional and courteous service.

In addition to delivering customer orders you will be required to assist our warehouse operation by unloading supplier deliveries and help to maintain the high levels of cleanliness throughout our warehouse.
