This is a powerful, sumptuous style of wine, made from grapes dried until at least the December after harvest. Aged for three years thereafter the result is an intense wine, almost opaque colour, with a full and sensuous mouth feel. The tannins are really well integrated and balance perfectly with the mellow acidity.
