Description
This elegant, salmon-pink sparkling wine is expertly blended, combining Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, which are slowly pressed to create a delicate and dry pink with attractive floral notes, white peach flavours and summer berries. A minimum of three years on the lees creates a very fine pearl of bubbles and a delicate brioche flavour. If it's good enough for three-Michelin star restaurant L'Enclume, it's good enough for us!
