Elysium is Greek for State of Eternal Bliss, befitting of this sumptuous sweet wine. Almost black in colour, it is fragrant with floral aromas alongside berry fruit flavours. It is very intense and rich but remains fresh. It is one of the few wines that can be paired with chocolate desserts but it's equally at home with goat's cheese or Gorgonzola. Or, serve as liquid dessert.
