This organic, biodynamically grown wine is 100% whole bunch yet its textured remains incredibly fine with a tell-tale herbal lift joining the pure strawberry fruit flavours. Aurelien Verdet (vintage 1981) is the man behind the wine and took over Chassorney in 2019 and has been moving the wines away from totally natural, zero sulfur, making increasingly refined, pure wines under the Cote de Beaune Chassorney label and truly revealing its potential.
