| About Producer | In 2014, to save his father’s Domaine, Benoit Aymard took over the small family vineyard at Lacapelle Cabanac, only 2 hectares. He spent all of his nights and weekends there while carrying on with his position as technical director for another winery. It was a new challenge for the family – children included – who put all of their energy into restructuring this beautiful vineyard. After a few years of this double life, Benoit decided to let go of his day job to fully live his passion. Today Clos d’Audhuy counts 15ha and offers low intervention wines aiming to reflect their unique terroirs. The Domaine is certified organic from the 2021 vintage. |
