Champagne Constantine Argosa Rosé

An enchanting Rosé Champagne made entirely from the Pinot Meunier grape. It's also a rarity because it is made by the saignee method. In Champagne, most big producers simply add red wine to the white but the Argosa is macerated for a day on its skin to gain its cherry colour. The result is a deliciously fruity style with strawberry flavours meeting orange liqueur. Having spent four years ageing on lees, the wine has developed delicious biscuit and nougat flavours alongside the fruit.
