Aromatics of dried herbs, potpourri, blood orange and ruby grapefruit. Really lovely balance, lovely toasty and yeasty red fruited style. The dosage is good here and it just works. Good length, tangy acids. Toasty and yeasty autolytic style. Complex, umami-opulent, gastronomic."

About Producer	Black Chalks award winning English sparkling & still wine has been crafted over many years by their winemaker in their stunning Hampshire vineyards. They grow 34 different combinations of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Précoce and Pinot Gris. It all started in 2015, using grapes purchased from local Hampshire vineyards they produced small batch, traditional method, sparkling wines with the aim of showcasing the very best of Hampshire - bright fruit, purity and freshness. After launching their first wines in 2018 to critical acclaim the project has gone from strength to strength.
