Manzanilla can only be made in the coastal Sherry-making town of Sanlucar, imbuing a special salty edge to this delicate and lightly yeasty white wine. Pale and uncompromisingly dry, serve well chilled in a proper wine glass. It makes an excellent aperitif or pair with sushi, fish, tapas or even artichokes. Drink within several days of opening.
