Description
The unique way of maturing sherry in Barbadillo's cathedral-like cellars gives this Fino a distinctive yet delicate flavours reminiscent of almond, oysters and apple. Bone dry and light in body, it should be served well chilled and can be drunk as an apertif or with tapas such as salted nuts and olives as well as seafood. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within several days (not next Christmas).
